Dear Parent/Carers,
Sports day will be taking place on Friday the 10th July, we have some great activities planned for them and with the good weather we will have a great day celebrating the sporting talent and competition amongst our students.
There are a few things we need your support with ensuring our students are full prepared:
- Students will need to wear their house colours which have been communicated to them by their tutors. This is below in case they are unsure.
- As we are outside for the day, they must make sure they have plenty of water with them as they will not have access to refilling stations when at the park so they must prepare for that.
- They will need to make sure they have any medical equipment with them including asthma pumps, hay fever tablets, EpiPens or anything else that they need to ensure they are safe and comfortable, as mentioned part of this will be offsite so preparations are paramount.
- As mentioned, before we are in for a hot day so suncream will be very important.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate for an audience and can't invite you onto school site but thank you all in advance for your support and we hope the students have a fantastic day.
